The customer is obliged to check the received order for completeness and correctness upon receipt. Transport damage that is visible from the outside and is obviously due to incorrect handling of the package during transport must be reported to Swiss Post AG or to another logistics service provider commissioned with the respective delivery; if necessary, in this case acceptance of the delivery must be refused. Other damage, defects and complaints are to be Montanita KLG immediately after receipt of the order by email (email@example.com ) to communicate.
A return is only possible if goods other than the ordered goods have been delivered or if there are damage or defects that are clearly Montanita KLG < span>, then the Montanita KLG must be informed in writing before the return. In these cases, customers get their money back including shipping costs. In all cases mentioned, reimbursements are only possible to a postal or bank account with an IBAN number.
The Montanita KLG assumes no responsibility or warranty for damage on the part of the customer caused by improper use of the washing, cleaning and cosmetic products supplied .
